Cardio kickboxing combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio into a noncontact workout.  Build stamina, improve coordination and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Our instructor

Tom Hooper, is a former Division 1 Baseball player at Oklahoma City University and works as a programmer at Jack Henry. Tom  is a certified fitness instructor  and Personal Trainer and has 20 years of experience teaching fitness classes including TRX, Cardio Kickboxing, and Boot Camps.

Tom taught cardio kickboxing at Infinity MMA, Fusion MMA and ConeBack gym in the local are. Tom brings high energy and lots of experience to Willard TaeKwonDo! 

Price Options: $10 drop-in, $50 for 5 classes, multi-visit pass​
