“All Out Counterattack”
Self-Defense Class for Women

Any experience or fitness level.

Review previously covered and learn 4-5 new techniques during 1-hour practice.
Instructor: Mr. Tony Verburgt, Grandmaster in Kenpo Karate.

16x20 Canvas - Acrylic paint - All supplies included
We will be welcoming summer and painting Poppies. Transfer the beauty of early summer flowers to your canvas in your own unique way.
With step-by-step instructions and templates, you can create your own masterpiece even if you have never painted before.
If you wish to order dinner and/or beverage from a place of your choice, we will make room.
